Running a successful branch is hard, we make it look easy. Having operated branches for over 20 years we have the formulae to be successful and efficient. The Post Office offers free training which is great for beginners but our training is hands on. You will learn to operate a branch using our tested techniques that we have refined over the years. You will meet our managers which will be able identify which style of branch management suits you. You will be taught the best tricks of the trade to operate your branch cost effectively and efficiently.

You will be invited to our office and explained in a class room environment the fundamentals of the branch operating system. This will be a one-on-one training and you will be free to understand at your own pace. This will be limited to 3 days training.
