Running a successful branch is hard, we make it look easy. Having operated branches for over 20 years we have the formulae to be successful and efficient. The Post Office offers free training which is great for beginners but our training is hands on. You will learn to operate a branch using our tested techniques that we have refined over the years. You will meet our managers which will be able identify which style of branch management suits you. You will be taught the best tricks of the trade to operate your branch cost effectively and efficiently.

Recruitment
We know how hard it is to find staff for branches. It is the single biggest issue. How do we find quality trained staff that are reasonable and trustworthy? We have a solution. Allow us to help you find staff or we won’t charge you.

Auditing
Are you ready for your next Post Office audit? Usually, the auditors turn up to a branch randomly, they go through the entire branch and penalise your every mistake. Book an audit in with our experienced staff (some are ex post office auditors) We will audit your branch under controlled circumstances and ensure your audit ready. 1 Bad audit can cost you’re your entire investment. This is a great way to keep in shape. Typically branches book in audits every quarter.
