Running a successful branch is hard, we make it look easy. Having operated branches for over 20 years we have the formulae to be successful and efficient. The Post Office offers free training which is great for beginners but our training is hands on. You will learn to operate a branch using our tested techniques that we have refined over the years. You will meet our managers which will be able identify which style of branch management suits you. You will be taught the best tricks of the trade to operate your branch cost effectively and efficiently.

We have the ability for you to come and train at one of our branches. You will have 5 days in branch training at one of our busy offices, we will help guide you from simple to complicated transactions, clerk training, managerial training and branch management. You can also have an option to extend your training at the end of the week if you’re not fully confident.
